Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently we are only shipping to locations within the UK.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping for orders over £50 in the UK, and just £4 for orders below.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your order the next day with Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, which usually takes two to three days to be delivered.

What if I have not received part of my order?
If you’re missing part of your order, it’s possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If so, you would have received one dispatch email for each parcel. If you have only been sent one dispatch email and haven’t received all your items, please contact us.

How do I track my delivery?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then begin to pack your order and send it out to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notifying you of this, with a tracking link included.

If you are unable to access the email, then you can enter your order number on our website to see all the updates with your order.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the simple steps stated in ‘How do I return an item/s?’.

What is your return policy?
1. Items must be returned within 14 days
2. Items must be unopened.
3. Any opened and written on products will not be refunded.

How long does it take to process my refund?
Usually, it takes up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after receiving your return. This will include a refund of the standard delivery cost.

How long do I have to return my item/s?
For UK customers, you can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

How do I return an item/s?
Follow the simple steps below:
1. Request a refund
2. We will then send you a return label through email
3. Repack your item/s
4. Place label onto the parcel
5. Drop the parcel at your local post office
6. Once we receive the item/s (usually in 2-3 days) we will then begin to process your refund.
